School groups

Ceven’Aventure specialises in looking after groups, in particular school groups. We would like to become your privileged contact when it comes to organising school tours involving the great outdoors, holiday camps or sports camps.

From March to June and from September to October, Ceven’Aventure offers “all inclusive” packages.
An average stay of 5 days gives you the opportunity to fully discover the riches of the Southern Ardèche and the region around Les Vans. There are different options available all of which can be adapted to suit your needs and your budget.

Accommodation

Selected activities are available for children including canyoning, caving, canoeing, and rope based activities (rock-climbing, via corda, adventure circuit) we also offer orienteering, mountain-biking, mini rally, hill-walking, slackline etc. See suggestions on our schedule below.

Activities

Des activités spécifiques sont proposées aux enfants, parmi lesquelles le canyoning, la spéléologie, le canoë, les activités de cordes (escalade, via corda, parcours aventure), mais aussi la course d’orientation, le VTT, les mini-raids, la randonnée, la slackline, etc. Voir suggestion de planning ci-joint.

Catering

Les petits déjeuners et dîners se prennent généralement au sein de notre restaurant ou sur la terrasse. Les repas du midi sont très souvent proposés sous forme de pique-nique sur le lieu même des activités.

Pour ravir les plus jeunes, des soirées spéciales sont régulièrement organisées: pizza, grillade, paella, etc. En amont de votre séjour, et pour une meilleure organisation, nous vous demanderons plus de précisions sur les régimes spéciaux (allergies, sans porc, végétariens, etc.)

Daily routine

Ceven Aventure does not look after the daily routine of guests, wake up times, bed times, washing and dressing, etc... however the staff on site will help and advise you on these tasks.

Instruction

All the instructors are qualified and registered with the Direction Departemental de la Jeunesse et des Sports de l’Ardèche.

Transport

Activities take place at our centre or close by. The prices we propose include transport to activities that are further afield.
For your return trip (your school-Les Assions) we can prepare a quote or direct you to an independent Coach operator.

Insurance

Ceven’Aventure Passion has public liability insurance. However it is strongly recommended that students take out individual insurance to cover any loss or injury caused or incurred as a result of incidents or accidents
• Which have no direct connection with taking part in any activity
• Which is not the result of negligence on the part of an instructor or equipment failure.

Ceven’Aventure cannot be held responsible for theft or breaking and entering wooden cabins. It is strongly recommended leaving valuable belongings at home (telephone, jewellery, electronic equipment etc....)
